Hi, I'm Emma, the Founder of Levelation.

 

I'm based just outside Cardiff in South Wales and live with my husband and daughter.

As a high-level strategic, partnership, and team-building expert, over the past 20 years, I have worked with individuals and small businesses through to major global brands, and have developed hi-tech partnerships between businesses including BT and Microsoft, Apple, Hewlett Packard, and also Amazon and Google.

​

It's important to me that my values are reflected in everything I do at both at Levelation and in my private life. With fairness, honesty, and compassion at the forefront. 

​

In today's world, there are constant messages and pressure to do more, be more, and push beyond comfort zones to be successful. I believe that this is adding to stress levels, knocking self-worth, and requires a lot of time and effort. For this reason, I am a big advocate of unlocking excellence in ways that are engaging and energising. Minimising stress, boosting confidence, and accelerating results.

Apart from my work my daughter's passions keep me occupied. You'll often find me at the dance studio and travelling to competitions supporting her. Also as a family we enjoy following our favourite football team which is why you will often find us spending time in Yorkshire too.
