About Levelation - Our Story

Hi, I'm Emma, the Founder of Levelation.

 

I'm based just outside Cardiff in beautiful South Wales and live with my wonderful husband and daughter. We love being close to both the coast and the countryside—it gives us the perfect balance of calm and adventure.

 

As a high-level strategic, partnership, and team-building expert, over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with an incredible range of clients. From supporting individuals and small business owners to partnering with major global brands, my career has taken me on a rewarding journey. I’ve developed high-tech partnerships between industry leaders such as BT and Microsoft, Apple, Hewlett Packard, Amazon, and Google, helping businesses innovate, grow, and thrive.

 

It’s important to me that my values are reflected in everything I do—both within Levelation and in my private life. I lead with fairness, honesty, integrity, and compassion. I truly believe these are the foundations for meaningful success and lasting partnerships.

 

In today’s fast-paced world, where there are constant messages and relentless pressure to do more, be more, and constantly push beyond comfort zones, it can be overwhelming. I’ve seen how this culture feeds stress, knocks confidence, and often leaves people feeling like they’re not enough, despite their efforts. For this reason, I am a passionate advocate for unlocking excellence in a way that is sustainable, energising, and empowering. It’s about helping people thrive—not just survive—by minimising stress, building genuine confidence, and accelerating results with clarity and focus.

 

When I’m not working, my daughter’s passion for dance keeps me very busy. You’ll often find me at the dance studio, travelling to competitions, and cheering her on from the sidelines. As a family, we’re also dedicated football fans, which means plenty of trips to Yorkshire to support our favourite team and spend quality time together.
